Gambian communities are taking action

Did you know that in The Gambia, this small Sub-Saharan country has communities that are taking action to protect their environment.

Beach Care Protection, an association established by local tour industrial workers and Beach Boys, launches beach cleansing and protection initiative at Bakau Cape Point.

The organisation endeavours to clean and keep the beach tidy, create car parking space and grow as much palm 🌴🌴🌴 trees to protect the beach from losing its nutrient.
